I am sorry that a lot of you guys have…

I am sorry that a lot of you guys have had such disappointments but I haven’t had a problem with them I been getting all my orders and they even are coming a week before. I have no problems with them updates they come like clock work so I have no issues at this point

I have order sum clothes on may 16 and…

I have order sum clothes on may 16 and it said my was canceled but it will arrive on June 10 .IF IT CANCELED Y THE HELL THEY TAKE $183.89 from my card. I emailed them twice and they didn’t give my a tracking number I just wanna now if I’m going to get my order or my freaking money back

NO STARS!!!! I PLACED A ORDER FOR OVER 900 DOLLARS ???? JUST TO GET A EMAIL SAYING MY ORDER WAS CANCELED FOR SOME ODD REASON WEIRD I JUST WANNA KNOW HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY 900???? I placed my order about two weeks ago…

I placed my order about two weeks ago ,they said they would deliver yesterday,I had plans to do today now everything is ruined,they arent telling when it will arrive plus there is no way to track my package

This store is extremely dishonest

This store is extremely dishonest. I placed an order and they canceled it without my knowledge. They told me crap about a refund that was NOT sent to me. After putting the pieces together, they blocked me on Instagram. DO NOT use this site. You will get scammed and the customer service is terrible. I wish I never ordered from it.

Ordered a dress for my graduation and…

Ordered a dress for my graduation and even paid for express shipping so I could get it on time. I received a confirmation email that contained no tracking number for my package like it said on the website. I checked the app almost daily and it said it had been delivered, how is my package delivered but you didn't send me an email with the tracking number? Tried to contact customer service and they keep not responding, no phone number to call or anything. Waste of money that I can't even get back.

I have ordered here before and had no issues but recently I made a big order and I got an email saying it was going to be delayed. That wasn’t the problem. The problem was that I ordered in May, waiting over 4 weeks and checked my status randomly one night and it had been canceled. With no reason why. I have been trying to get in contact since then but no response. And now my account is saying it is still in process. But I just want the clothes I ordered. They really have been going down hill

I am honestly very nervous now…

I am honestly very nervous now that I have read these comments: I made my order about 2 days ago and the day after ordering it said it was being shipped. The receiving date is far from now however, it says my package will be here June 24th and it is currently June 9th. I am nervous I won’t get my package because I am really tight on money and spent over 50$ at this store. I will update when or if I receive my package.

Edit: I did in fact receive my order and I’m just slightly disappointed with the fabric; I knew it’d be not the greatest but had hopes. I also did receive a full refund for the extra $ I paid for faster shipping which was nice, I appreciate that. Overall I guess I’d say don’t expect too much at all, the prices are the way they are for a reason.
Original: I was going to wait to write my review when I actually received my order but I wanted to let others know the reviews aren’t lying. I paid extra for quick shipping and it’s 2 days past the delivery date but my package has literally been sitting in OH (shipping to CO) for a week with absolutely zero explanation. I’ve emailed customer service but absolutely no response from them except more points. Which 100pts only equaling to $1 is nothing and I certainly won’t shop at a place so unreliable with that low of an incentive. Even after reading the reviews I decided to give Blush Mark a try bc I usually have good luck with clothing companies and shipping. But they have been really awful so far. Would not recommend.

Don’t Trust - Possible Scam

I ordered from blushmark for the first time and a couple days before my expected delivery they canceled my order for technical issues and was not offered any further explanation. I waited for almost two weeks and signed up to receive shipping updates. I had high hopes for this website and now I’m very disappointed, won’t be ordering again. I was hoping to find outfits for my graduation pictures, now I’ll be looking elsewhere.

I’m also experiencing the issue with the insufficient address and my order being sent back. I emailed customer service immediately after finding this out so hopefully the issue will be resolved somewhat quickly and I can get a refund. Safe to say I will not be ordering from this site again.

I wish I had read these reviews before…

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Had the same issue as others with shipping. USPS website states the address was insufficient, but my address is correct on the BlushMark website. Needed this for a trip. Terrible experience for a first time customer. Waiting to see if they will resend and expedite the order.
Update: they claim this happened to several customers due to a technical error and won’t be resending the order. Do yourselves a favor and purchase elsewhere.
